This is a reminder to please use “USMWIFI”. Again, we are seeing heavy traffic on the “USM-Guest.” For better speed and service, you will need to use “USMWIFI”. (Instructions to log into USMWIFI)
Use USMWifi over USM-Guest
USMWifi (speeds up to (but not guaranteed) 35mbps download and 10mbps upload)
USM-Guest (speeds up to (but not guaranteed) 20mbps download and 10mbps upload)
When possible, always use an ethernet cable.
Place a ticket when having Wi-Fi or internet issues. Please be as detailed as possible. Include the app, browser, where, when, device, device operating system(apple, windows, android), etc.--- https://techsupport.stmary.edu/
