We will have a planned Network Outage Monday, April, 1st 2024 starting at 9 AM CT and lasting 8 hours.
This outage is to implement our redundant network including firewall, switch, and overall bandwidth upgrade.
What is a redundant network? It is the process of providing multiple paths for traffic so that data can keep flowing even in the event of a failure. Redundancy = Reliability.
All USM applications will be down for everyone that day, no matter where you are located.
Here is a breakdown of applications that will be down.

- Tech Support
- Papercut
- Internet Access at the Main Campus will be down.
- Internet Access at the Overland Park will still function.
